How can make a photovoltaic system cost?


The capacity depends on many factors, such as geographic location, size of the plant and consequently the power of the same. Here are the yields calculated for 3 hypothetical systems installed along the 44th Parallel: (all the amount are refered to Italy)

3KWp plant, occupying an area of 24mq, has a production capacity of 4,200 kw / h per year, making it in 20 years, about 38,000 € of energy (if you have to buy it) resetting also the costs of bill
20KWp plant, surface 160mq, can produce 28,000 Kw / h per year, which makes about 20 years
€ 320,000
50KWp plant, area 400sqm, is able to produce 70,000 Kw / h per year, which makes about 20 years
€ 800,000

Photovoltaic cell

In standard conditions (irradiation of 1000 W/m2 and temperature of 25 ° C) can be taken at its ends a voltage of 0.5 V.
The provision of direct current is equal to about 3 amperes, while the peak power generated is thus equal to 1.5 watts.
